However, his journey into the world of floral and special events design truly began when he started working closely with his husband, Vito Russo, in the Event and Floral industry for 16 years.


In his telecommunications career, Bill has demonstrated a deep understanding of VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and cutting-edge technology. His attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to adapt to evolving technologies have been instrumental in his success in this field.

In the floral and special events industry, Bill has cultivated his passion for creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail under the mentorship of his husband, Vito Russo.
